Commissioned by Pilgrim Primary School, Plymouth in 2010 for their playground, to prevent the bank below the tree from being eroded by children playing.
The bench in the shape of a snake forms a low wall with 3 bird and butterfly back panels: all the frostproof tiles were glazed by the children, overall design and fabrication by myself and artist blacksmith Richard Bent.
